Reflection

I think everything went well with this cooking lab, literally everything. We all worked together very efficiently and effectively, and the product was amazing. We made this dish three times, so I would say we got pretty good at it.

Things that I have learned from doing this is to make sure you get the right consistency in the white sauce, to thin or thick and it doesn’t taste near as good. We also used the same pan to make the white sauce as to cook the chicken, so that left over chicken and garlic flavoring made it into the white sauce.

I would recommend this item, I personally rate it a 10/10, and that isn’t just because we made it. Because believe me, we made some very awful things over the semester. But definitely would recommend you try this recipe out.
